Case 9: Topcon 3D OCT Raster Scan Images
SD-OCT revealed the macular scars in both eyes as large dome-shaped hyperreflective elevations. Note the dropout of the PIL as it approaches the macula both temporally and nasally. The patient was diagnosed with Best’s Disease. Genetic testing and EOGs were recommended.
